Version

The latest version, which can be downloaded for free, is 3.0 . This version is valid until 10.10.2006 . Every month, we will launch a new version of the ColorMailer Photo Books , which you can download for free. You can expect new products, new features, and other improvements.

Operating System

The ColorMailer Photo Books runs on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, or Windows XP. 256 Mb RAM Memory is recommended.

Payment

As you will see, there are many ways to pay, via creditcard or using a bank transfer (not available in all countries). Either way, your payment is always secure.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days from receipt of payment.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Album, your money can be refunded, but only if:

  1. you did not modify your photos
  2. you did not receive the warning: “poor quality photos used” when placing your photos in the ColorMailer Photo Books
  3. your photos are not underexposed.

To have your money reimbursed, follow the procedure as described below.

  1. Send us your complaint through the contact page within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  2. Subsequently, you will receive a return authorisation number by email.
  3. Add enough postage to your package. We will compensate you for the postage costs
  4. ColorMailer Photo Books will verify whether the returned Album meets the criteria as specified above
